This page explains what Mentionloom collects through the public site, the early-access waitlist and the beta product, why we collect it, who processes it, and how you can remove it.

Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the consent you gave, the signup source, limited campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or a referring hostname, and any optional details you choose to add, such as your website, role, goal, how you track AI recommendations today and how soon it matters. We use this to manage early access, send invitations and launch updates, and understand which signup paths are useful. Waitlist records are stored in our Supabase database in the European Union. We do not send a confirmation email when you join. To remove your signup, email help@mentionloom.com from the address you registered.
Accounts and workspaces
When you create a beta account, we collect your email address and a password, or the identity returned by Google, GitHub or X if you sign in with one of them. We store your session in secure HTTP-only cookies. A workspace stores the company name, website, market and language you enter, the people you add as members and their roles. Account authentication and workspace data are stored in Supabase in the European Union. The application runs on Cloudflare Workers.
Measurements
A baseline sends the buyer questions you confirmed, together with the country and language, to the AI answer providers you selected: OpenAI and Perplexity. Your brand and competitor names are not sent in the request; they are used only to classify the returned answers. We keep the returned answers, their citations, token counts and costs as evidence inside your workspace. Each provider processes requests under its own API terms. Do not include personal data in buyer questions.
Service providers
Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Cloudflare runs the application and serves the site. OpenAI and Perplexity answer measurement requests. Our transactional emails, such as email confirmation and password recovery, are sent through Resend. An earlier version of the waitlist stored records in Vercel Blob storage; any records that remain there are kept only until they are migrated or removed. These providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and removal
We retain waitlist information while it is needed for early-access and launch communication. We retain account, workspace and measurement data while your account is active. You can delete workspace members and company details from the product. To delete your account, a workspace or your waitlist signup, email help@mentionloom.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain uses of your personal information. Send requests to help@mentionloom.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Advertising and sharing
Mentionloom does not sell personal data and does not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not share customer measurement results publicly without written permission.
