By using Mentionloom, joining early access or taking part in the founding beta, you agree to these terms.

Mentionloom is still being developed. Features, availability, measurements and product behavior may change. Access to the beta product is granted by invitation, and measurement capacity is approved per workspace. We may limit, pause or withdraw access at any time.
Measurements are samples
A baseline samples answers from AI provider APIs with web search. Results describe those sampled API answers at the time of the run. They can differ from the consumer apps, change between runs, and include automatic classifications that are provisional until reviewed. Mentionloom does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic or revenue.
Fees
Founding beta participation may carry a small fee agreed in writing before any measurement runs. Fees are invoiced outside the product. There is no in-product billing, subscription or automatic renewal during the beta. Provider API costs are included in the agreed fee up to the approved allowance for your workspace.
Your content
You are responsible for the company details, competitor names and buyer questions you confirm. Do not include personal data or confidential information in buyer questions. We do not publish customer measurement results without written permission.
Product information
Public examples may use example data. They are not guarantees of future results, recommendations, traffic or revenue.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, share your account, or use it unlawfully.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Mentionloom as the product evolves. We may remove beta data when the beta ends; we will tell you before doing so.
